Materials not displaying the official college logo must be stamped by the Student Engagement office and may be posted in no more than five locations with a destroy date within 45 days. Properly marked materials may be placed on any non-glass, non-painted surface within the college buildings.

Posted materials may no exceed 40 inches in combined length and height and must follow the college nondiscrimination policy and comply with college guidelines against harassment. Fliers cannot be placed on car windshields anywhere on campus. Under the authority of this policy, circulars and newspapers placed in campus building are limited to five locations and they must be contained in a suitable display rack, stamped by the Student Engagement office in the SUN building Room 225.
